Not at all! A clear selfie taken in natural light is perfect. Try to face a window so your face is well lit by daylight.
No heavy makeup, please — bare skin is best. But if you’re not comfortable without makeup, a light, natural look is totally fine!

Standard delivery takes 1–3 weeks after we confirm your photo. Need it sooner? Choose our 48-hour express option during checkout.

Never without your permission. Your privacy is important to us, and you control whether or not your makeover is shared.

Only with parental consent. Since we provide personal appearance recommendations, we require permission from a parent or guardian before working with anyone under 18.

We create videos for our social media only. However, if you’d like a personalized video of your transformation, you can add a video explanation as an extra during checkout. It’s a great way to see the full breakdown of your glow-up! 🎥✨

Since each makeover is custom-made, we don’t offer refunds once we’ve started working on your order.
However, if you change your mind before sending your photos, you can request a full refund.
