As our offerings focus on digital and custom services, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital makeovers
- Personalized facial and style consultations
Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available once the service process has begun.
However, if you decide to cancel your order before sending photos and the initial request, you may contact us to request a refund.
If you are not satisfied with the result, we offer up to 2 revisions on the final result. You can request changes such as a different hairstyle, makeup, or hair color, but no more than twice. This helps us keep the process fair and efficient for every client.
