Your makeover will typically be delivered within 1–3 weeks. You’ll receive a confirmation once we’ve reviewed your photos.

For faster results, you can choose our 48h Delivery add-on. If Saturday falls within your 48h window, an extra 24 hours will be added, as our team rests on Saturdays. Processing will resume on Sunday.

Privacy

Your makeover will be completely private and will not be shared on any social media platform and is only seen and edited by a female.

Refund?

Because this is a digital product and time and finances are invested in completion, no refund is possible after sending your photos. If you have changed your mind please request your refund before your photos are sent. You can do this on the website chat or via the mail.

If you're not fully happy with your guide, we offer up to 2 revisions on the final result. You can request changes such as a different hairstyle, makeup, or hair color, but no more than twice. This helps us keep the process fair and efficient for every client.
