Refund?

Because this is a digital product and time and finances are invested in completion, no refund is possible after sending your photos. If you have changed your mind please request your refund before your photos are sent. You can do this on the website chat or via the mail.

If you're not fully happy with your guide, we offer up to 2 revisions on the final result. You can request changes such as a different hairstyle, makeup, or hair color, but no more than twice. This helps us keep the process fair and efficient for every client.
